Five Regions Restaurant brings them to the heart of the city to be enjoyed as part of an award-winning ‘wine-first’ degustation experience.
Each season, Executive Chef Daniel Simpson and his world-class culinary team visit one of South Australia’s best wineries, selecting their favourite drops and drawing inspiration from the winemaker’s story and their region’s seasonality, landscapes and produce.
The resulting degustation menu is a celebration of that winery on the plate, perfectly complementing each selected wine and showcasing exceptional local ingredients. Previous menu partners include prestigious names such as St Hugo, Seppeltsfield, Jim Barry, Wynns, Shaw + Smith and more.
