Terms & Conditions
  • All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card at time of booking and the full amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
  • Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival. Inside this time a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
  • All rooms are subject to availability at time of booking and no group block is being held.
  • The discounted rate is available to book up to 30 days prior to arrival. Inside this time booking can be made subject to availability on best available rates.
  • On Event days at Adelaide Oval (e.g. AFL, BBL, Concerts etc) access to Bespoke Wine Bar & Kitchen will not be available for the duration of the event. 24-hour Room service remains available, and the Bespoke lounge menu is available in the hotel reception lounge.
  • Road closures on event days can cause small delays in accessing the hotel particularly at the conclusion of an event however our team will work with you to minimise any disruption.
  • Self-parking is not available on all event days; however Oval Hotel’s exclusive valet service is available every day.
