Terms & Conditions

The bed and breakfast rate is calculated per person. Breakfast consists of a choice of one dish per person from the a la carte menu cooked to order and served with a glass of juice in addition to a barista-made coffee or tea.
The group rate is available to book up to 30 days prior to arrival subject to availability. Inside this time booking can be made subject to availability on best available rates.
Individual reservations may be cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival without fees by contacting the hotel directly. Inside this time 100% cancellation fees apply.
The full amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
On Event days at Adelaide Oval (e.g. AFL, BBL, Concerts etc) access to Bespoke Wine Bar & Kitchen and Five Regions Restaurant will not be available for the duration of the event. 24-hour Room service remains available and the Bespoke lounge menu is available in the hotel reception lounge.
Road closures on event days can cause some small delays in accessing the hotel, particularly at the conclusion of an event however our team will work with you to minimise any disruption to guests during this period.
Self-parking is not available on all event days, however, Oval Hotel’s exclusive valet service is available every day from $45 per night.
