Your five-course, Barossa-inspired degustation has been expertly crafted to match the very best in Yalumba wines. Expect deep, dark winter flavours paired with some of South Australia’s most famous exports, including Yalumba Signature blend, Paradox Shiraz, Octavius Shiraz and more.
You’ll be joined by Yalumba Brand Manager Jessica Hill-Smith, who will share secrets and stories of the winery’s 170-year history. Oval Hotel’s Daniel Simpson will present each course, revealing the inspiration and local producers behind each plate.
