All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card at time of booking and the full amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel within 48 hours of booking confirmation.

• On Event days at Adelaide Oval (e.g. AFL, BBL, Concerts etc) access to Bespoke Wine Bar & Kitchen will not be available for the duration of the event. 24-hour Room service remains available, and the Bespoke lounge menu is available in the hotel reception lounge.
• Road closures on event days can cause delays in accessing the hotel particularly at the conclusion of an event however our team will work with you to minimise any disruption.
